Forget Me Not supports grieving mothers who have suffered a pregnancy loss.

We were inspired by the Forget-me-not flower representing a deep love for precious people we have lost. It is our hope that this box will be a keepsake and memorial for the Mother’s baby that will forever be imprinted on her heart.

Small Bereavement Box

Our small boxes are designed for mothers who have experienced a pregnancy loss before 20 weeks into their pregnancy however, this box can also be gifted at any point in their pregnancy.

Large Bereavement Box

Our large boxes are designed for mothers who have experienced a pregnancy loss after 20 weeks into their pregnancy. The items included are designed to help support grieving parents after their delivery.

Personalized Bereavement Box

Our large box features a custom interior display to honor their baby. They will have a space to insert a standard 6x4 photo, along with their babi’s footprints and an information card.

Inside is a carefully placed swaddle blanket to wrap their little one along with two bracelets for Mom and their support person.
Memorable custom bracelets

Inside each box are two bracelets. One for Mom and her support person (ie. partner, mother, sister, friend, etc.) Research has shown that partners often feel overlooked. We want to make sure they are equally included in the grieving process.
Letter Board Display

Inside each box is a set of adhesive letters and numbers. These letters will be used for the back of the box to decorate and display their baby’s name and date of birth. Four lines are printed on the back to make it easy to neatly apply the letters.
Welcome Letter

This letter welcomes the mother receiving this box and walks her through what will be included in her bereavement box.
Swaddle Blanket

This swaddle blanket is designed specifically for mothers experiencing pregnancy loss. Mothers often experience difficulty photographing their baby after they are born. The blanket is stretchy and perfect for snuggly wrapping the baby in a natural position.
Journal and Helpful Resources

This journal also includes social media resources, websites, and helplines to support the mother over the next few days, weeks, and months.
Envelope for Hair

We have also provided a small envelope for mothers who would like to collect a small sample of their baby’s hair.

How we Support your Staff

The Forget Me Not bereavement box is designed to support hospital/nursing/OBGYN staff. We understand the difficulty to communicate and care for mothers and we work with you to help provide a process and system to help ease the burden on everyone.

On the exterior of each box is a set of instructions for the hospital or OBGYN staff working with the patient. Also included is a QR code leading them to a video breaking down each step.
