FAQs

How do I order a Forget Me Not box?

When you schedule a meeting with us, we'll guide you through our boxes and bereavement training. We'll also discuss the number of losses your hospital or clinic experiences per year. Most hospitals prefer to set us up as a preferred vendor, which is especially helpful for annual ordering. We'll follow up with you to make sure you don't run out of inventory. You can also place an order through our website at FMNcorp.com.
